Confirmation Policy
- The booking confirmation email is sent to the traveler’s registered email address within 24 business hours, after the payment is done.
- In any unfavourable circumstances, if the booked slots are not available before the confirmation email is sent, then other available slots shall be offered & booked as per the traveler’s consent and an updated email will be sent to the traveler’s registered email address .
Know Before You Go
- In case of private booking, the minimum number of people required is 2.
- Any meals; other than the ones mentioned under the inclusions, will be considered as an exclusion of the package.
- Entry fee to the monuments and camera charges are not included in the package.
- Any personal expenses like shopping, porter charges, tips or rewards, laundry, meals or drinks other than specified etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
- Price mentioned shall vary during the seasonal or special dates such as Diwali, Dussehra, Christmas and New Year weeks.
- Any additional cost occurrence happening due to bad weather conditions, flight cancellation, insurrection etc are not included into the package.
- Applicable GST to the booking amount will be charged.
- In case of addition of a new member to a booked package, the applicable difference amount should be borne by the client depending upon the amendment in the package.
- In tour packages, children with the age 8 years and more will be considered Adults only.
- Package price may fluctuate subject to any amendments in services/hotels.
- Hotel bookings are subjected to their availability, and will be booked accordingly. In case of unavailability, a similar category accommodation will be provided to the traveler.
- In case of any irregular disturbance or unfortunate conditions such as bad weather, insurrection/political unrest etc; we as an organization reserve the right to reorganize the planned itinerary without making any changes to the duration and quality of services.
- It is mandatory for the traveler to carry a valid address proof such as Aadhar card/Voter ID/Driving License/Passport along with them during the trip.
- Vehicle as mentioned in the booking will be provided. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicle or upgraded vehicle is required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
- From 1st January 2023, it is mandatory to upload negative RT-PCR test report on the Air Suvidha portal (https://www.newdelhiairport.
in/airsuvidha/apho- registration) prior to the departure if arriving from China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Thailand. The test need to be conducted within 72 hours of the departure time to India. - Hand Baggages are not allowed in Srinagar and Jammu in Flights.
- Only Postpaid connection works in Jammu & Kashmir.
- 2 Star & 3 Star hotels in Srinagar,Gulmarg & Pahalgam are Non AC rooms.
- Sightseeing option such as Pony Ride at Pahalgam, Gulmarg Gondola Ride, visit to Aru & Chandanwari, and SonamargTrip to Thajiwas Glacier in Sonamarg, Sonmarg Zero Point are chargeable extra and not included in the package by default.
- All Gardens’ entrance fee starts from Rs 20 To 70 per pax per garden (to be paid directly by the guest on his visit).
- Shikara can accommodate a maximum of 04 pax per boat.
- Shankara Acharya temple timings are 07:00 AM To 05:00 PM.
- Cameras & Mobiles are not allowed inside most Temples, it is advisable not to carry the same during temple visit
- No Hand baggage will be allowed to be carried inside the aircraft (Srinagar Airport) due to security reasons. Only jewelry and laptops will be allowed for cabin baggage
- Guest needs to reach the airport 03 to 04 hrs prior to departure due to security check in
- A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room & the third occupant of the room shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
- Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary.The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified, in case of any changes post confirmation additional cost may be applicableon the basis of changes done (to be bourne by the customer)(Vehicle operational timings 08:30 AM to 07:30 PM).
- Itinerary changes are subjected to availability of tours, weather conditions and operational possibilities.
- Any Tour if missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing, time permitting.
- Due to operational reasons, the routing of the tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
- No Hand baggage will be allowed to be carried inside the aircraft at Srinagar Airport due to security reasons. Only jewellery and laptops will be allowed for cabin baggage.Guest need to reach prior 03 to 04 hrs to the departure due to strict security check in.
- Vehicles in Hill Areas – Even if you opt for an AC vehicle, in hill stations AC is non-operational to avoid damage or mid-trip breakdown of the vehicle for your own convenience. Also, in several hill areas, commercial vehicles are not allowed to play music to prevent accidents
- Saffron fields can be seen only from 15th Oct to 15th Nov.
- At Pahalgam guests need to hire a local taxi(on direct payment basis by the customer) for Chandanwari, Aru & Betab valley which may cost approximately from Rs 2000 to Rs 2500 (6 to 7 Pax Capacity each vehicle).
- Pony rides at Pahalgam (Baisaran, Kashmir Valley &Dabyan) may cost approximately from Rs 1000 to Rs 2000 Per pony(on direct payment basis by the customer).
- At the time of check-in to your hotel, the hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
- Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.

- We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to fulfil the services for any technical reasons.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the travel date will incur a 30% cancelation fee.
- Cancellations made within 15 – 30 days will incur a 50% cancelation fee.
- Cancellations made within 0-15 days will incur a 100% cancelation fee.
- Cancellations due to any unforeseen circumstances occurring due to medical ground or sickness, within 48-72 hours before the travel date may stand valid for a rescheduling to a different date of the same booking. This shall be validated through the supportive medical documents.
- Any cancellation request of the booking shall be entertained only till 1800 Hrs.
- If the booked accommodation type lies in 4-5 star category then the charges and timeline may vary depending upon the property’s regulations.
Payment Policy
- The payment terms finalized at the time of booking will remain the same and can not be changed once the booking is done.
- 100% advance of the total booking value shall be paid well ahead of the travel date adhering to the finalized payment terms.
